Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Owly Candles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
• In case of order cancellation, requests made before dispatch will be fully refunded. Once shipped, the refund will only apply as per the return policy above.
